My Favorite Items
I decided to share some of my favorite supplies I use for my makes. I have used lots of things over the years to find my favorites. Certain supplies are listed in each pattern, but generally, these are some of my favorite ones and the things I use the most.
Hooks
I found these hooks on Amazon and I love them! They are similar to the Furls in shape, but at a much better price point. They come in 2 different sets 3.0mm-6.0mm and 6.5mm-10mm and a size 12mm.

I used my Cricut to create a cute Canvas Bag to hold my hooks. There is also this one from Amazon. I have tried the holders with individual spaces, but never really liked them. I am not great at keeping them organized and sometimes I have more than 1 of the same size, so I keep them in my pouch.

We travel sometimes at night and it bothered me that I couldn’t crochet. Turning the light on was too distracting for my husband so I found this awesome light up crochet hook set.

Yarn
For my summer hats, I love Lily’s Sugar ‘n Cream yarn. There are SO many options! They also come in Super Size Skeins and Cones.
I also like Hobby Lobby’s I Love This Cotton. I use it for granny square projects, my Christmas ornament patterns and Scrunchies.

For my winter makes, I LOVE working with Hobby Lobby I Love This Yarn. It is so soft and they have so many color choices. Heartland is also great they just don’t have a large selection of colors.

I love to make amigurumi items and I have found that my favorite ones are made with blanket yarn. Bernat Blanket yarn is amazing!

Scrunchies are a quick easy make for markets. I have used Hobby Lobby I Love This Cotton, then I found Bernat Velvet yarn….oh my goodness! They are so soft!

My Travel Bag
I don’t know about you, but I take my crochet EVERYWHERE! I got this great backpack that is designed for crochet. It has so many pockets to organize my goodies and has a cord to keep a battery pack inside so you can keep your device charged on the go. There are tons of styles on Amazon, but this is my favorite.

Leather Tags
I use leather tags from two different Etsy sellers. All my regular tags come from CutDesign and mini heart tags from Savlabot.

Tape Measure
I keep a tape measure in my pouch with my hooks at all times. You never know when you might have to measure a piece. This is a great pack of 3. I keep one with me, in my office and by the couch where I work (just incase)
